All appointments can be arranged by calling 07 3394 2211, Monday to Friday (except Holidays) between 0900 to 1700 Hours.

As a Specialist clinic, patients need referral letter from their General Practitioner or referring physician. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to fill in a health questionnaire and supply your personal details.

When you come for your appointment Remember to get the following :

• Medicare or the veteran affairs card.
• Referral letter from your GP, family physician or other doctor.
• Have your insurance information with you.
• Bring copies of records and x-rays, MRIs, CT scans, etc. from clinics outside.

You may be able to avoid repeating a study if your information is here. You may also arrange to have the records sent here prior to your appointment.
